Saving your voice
countering an effect of inhaled medications
One of the side effects of regular inhaled medications is loss of voice. At best, you may be a little hoarse. At worst, you may suffer total loss of voice.
One of our group once suggested the following remedy:
"Gargle with live natural yoghurt. Or at least, eat it."
I have tried this suggestion for some time, and find that it certainly helps my singing voice. I sing in a choir, and need to have enough voice not to upset the other singers.
